Getting PyTorch with ROCm running on a Framework 13 with Ryzen AI 9 was surprisingly fragile, so I moved everything into an AMD ROCm PyTorch devcontainer and used HSA_OVERRIDE_GFX_VERSION=11.0.0 to finally make the integrated Radeon GPU usable for local experiments.
